About Trolling in Low Level Dungeons(Despite being a 50 on another class)

PLEASE. PLEASE STOP THIS. This game is meant to be cooperative, but if you're going to go down there and troll in low level dungeons, then STOP. I've had more than 3 instances in which a person(or more than one) has harassed me non-stop throughout the dungeon. Only during Thousand Maws of Toto-Rak as a Lv 25 GLD Tank did I finally snap.

    Examples of Trolling

-Pulling when the tank isn't even ready yet, or hasn't gone ahead to pull repeatedly.
-Telling them what to do in chat on a regular basis(unlike helping them fix what they're doing wrong in the case you wipe)
-DPSing as a Healer in Early Low Level Dungeons to cause the Tank to die(ex. Sastasha, Halatali, etc.)
    -Continuous Harassment in other forms

This should be something that shouldn't happen AT ALL. Even if you're doing Low Level, at least respect other players that are attempting to level their classes.(To be continued)

Even if you're already a Lv 50 and the Low Level Dungeons seem boring to you, don't ruin their fun by trolling them. It's not nice to anyone. You decided to join the instance, so contribute to it instead of making it "interesting" for yourself.

These two don't sound like trolling to me. The former is the natural cause of action if the dungeon is easy enough to not require a dedicated tank and the tank is exceptionally slow. The latter, well, clearly, letting the tank die is bad. But DPSing in low level dungeons is very, very easily doable without letting anybody die.

If a fully leveled healer is DPSing in a dungeon and lets a tank die to to refusing to heal, that's pathetic.

But if I don't DPS in those first few dungeons as a healer then I'm gonna fall asleep, especially on SCH.

I am leveling my healer right now, currently 47. But, I always DPS as a whm. I also sleep adds with pld or gld tanks (if the DPS hit the tanks target). The only time I do not DPS is when the tank is severely under geared for the dungeon we are in (lvl 11 gear in 16-20 dungeons, lvl 20~ gear in 26+ dungeons). I am usually healing all the DPS tanking hate and too busy for DPSing at those times. Or when the tank doesn't use any of his cooldowns besides FoF and pulls multiple groups at once (this happens a lot more then you would think). Yes it is my job to heal, but you expect me to esuna and cure 2, stoneskin, protect, why shouldn't a tank use his cooldowns.

The only time a tank usually dies when a healer is DPSing is when the tank pulls more then he can handle or stands in all the clearly-marked AoEs. There are a few times that things just go fubar, but that has nothing to do with DPSing healers.

As for pulling, if a tank randomly stops moving for extended periods, I have seen healers pull while I was lvling DPS jobs. Do I do it? No, but I could easily since I can pull with sleep and easily keep myself alive while the DPS kill the mob awake. What actually bugs me is people running off without the group to get chests without saying anything. NIN sneaking takes longer then just killing the group you are trying to avoid.

All of those aren't trolling, like, at all. Pulling when someone isn't ready happens all the time and in most of the times are the tanks pulling before the healer have maxed mp, or TP on dps case. Regardless, if someone pulls earlier, it's your job as the tank to get aggro back be it for trolling be it accidently.
Informing people of what to do is what lv 50 players do when newbies wipe in a dungeon. I do it all the time and i'm not trolling at all, i just want a smooth run and if you're wiping due to someone not doing the mechanics of the dungeon, yes, even low level dungeons have mechanics i'll take a min or 2 to explain people what to do.
And finally healer dps, every healer should dps. Mainly on low level content where tanks barely take dmg (and where scholars can auto follow tanks with eos out). Deaths happen mainly due tunnel vision, every class can tunnel vision like tanks using halone combo on a mob and not noticing they're losing aggro of the rest or dps not doing mechanics/killing adds, it's a mistake like any other and it's not trolling at all.

None of those are trolling. You just don't like how other people are playing.

Guess what? Not everybody plays the same way as you.

I know that. But would you go about making fun of the tank who already has a rough time trying to keep aggro in low level(and they know it)? No. I wouldn't do that. The DPS I went in on last time continued to attack differently from the one I marked(just to make sure they don't accidentally attack a different one and gain aggro) and had targeted first, whereas at the beginning the healer outright decided not to heal me. They did it continuously until I had enough and left. Even if they don't play the same way(which god forbid everybody does), they should at least have the common sense to do what they need to do.

Thing is, most of the lowest-level dungeons are stupidly easy even if you mess up on aggro, and lots of people know that and as a result don't really care about doing things properly. You can peel mobs off of the tank and not really take enough damage to trouble the healer, there's very little for healers to do at that level because they're synced down and lose most of their healing utility, DPS are reduced to two or three buttons, and tanks lose virtually their entire toolkit. It's not really a good experience for new people who actually want to learn how to play, but especially for people who are working on relics and might have had to do the same dungeon a couple of dozen times, they can probably do it with their eyes closed by that point and just want to get it over with.

If you think you got it hard, wait to do the Crystal Tower. Random DPS pulling boss seems to be what Trolls live off lately.
