Didn't get Breeding pass when I retired my Chocobo

I didn't realize he would learn a new ability if I made him forget his old one when he leveled up until he was already rank 40 and i was considering breeding him. I wanted to make sure I got him a good ability first. The first ability he had was choco silence, I made him forget it and he learned head start before I retired him. How do I contact a GM about something like this?

Isn't this forum for technical support? I would expect the game developers to see this, but if you know a more direct way to contact people who can help, it would be appreciated.

The support menu ingame. And I am still convinced you had rating 43, not rank.

Rating accrues MUCH more quickly than rank.

If you really want to convince me, answer me this question: when you raced in your last 2 alleged ranks, what monsters did you see on the race tracks? I assume you wanted to maximize win rate, so you realistically chose the lowest rating option available each race.

If you chose for some reason to instead race the higher of the two ladder options, be sure to share that as well.

...Because there are no monsters at all until rating 21 (R-60 races), and monster type changes again at rating 41 (R-80 races).
