Heavensward redemption code

It came to my attention that a redemption code site is up, but when i want to redeem my code the choice is "XXXXXX-000-XXXXXX-000" but my code consists in numbers and letters mixed like "XX0X-X0XX-0XXX-XX0X-X0XX". What can i do? Anybody knows?

The 20 digit code is the actual code for the expansion which we cant use yet they will tell us when we can use them closer to launch day.The site you talk of is the site for using a preorder code and once used it gives you the 20 digit code for the game which again we can not use them yet.Think we get a email or sumthing telling us when we can use them on the mogstation.If you preordered and didnt get a preorder code you might wanna contact who ever you bought the game from and make sure your not gonna miss out on early access
