you're good, but I would REC you get an I-7 unlock and super clock, would be best but if you get the new I-7 that will take you to the next level. and 16 ram is a must for the future, my computer is an 2011 and I easily push 11 ram on a single video project, and Im at 16 the highest i been at was 75% and that was running 2 heavy programs and a lot of apps.

Are you creating games, or playing them? Lol. And what is your video card?

No game currently or in the near future will even come close to needing 16gb of ram. The only reason you would need that much is if you run multiple graphic intensive programs at the same time or are using a graphics design program. Running a single game by itself and a few apps would only need 8gbs.

Hey guys! Thanks for all the replies! They are all very helpful! Just edited my post to include another build I was looking into. Its from a gaming PC building website. Not sure how good it is though. Would love an opinion. Doing a bunch of research before I purchase parts. Thanks again all!
