I seem to encounter extreme graphical glitches at times. I can't provide any pictures as they don't show up in screenshots but they are usually large green/yellow triangles that take up a bunch of the screen. It's usually random parts of the scenery or occasionally certain npcs and players. No in game changes seem to effect it other than sometimes switching between fullscreen and borderless windowed mode. I have already tried reinstalling/updating my drivers.
