Note: My post is long only to provide as much detail as possible. Hopefully you get as much information as you need from it. Feel free to ask/request information or play preferences.


I am currently in a small Free Company of friends that I do not wish to leave. However they are not always around/few are active day-to-day. I can progress everything but 8-Man Raids due to the either lack of playtime or players.

As such I would be very interested in finding a linkshell/have a relationship with another Free Company that would be able to help me progress into 8-man raid content going into Heavensward. Currently I do not have a First Coil of Bahamut - Turn 5 Clear as stated in my other thread. So unfortunately without help clearing that and second coil I am not able to help with current endgame raids.

However I have all battle classes at least 100+ with tanks 113 (currently using my Poetics to build up) and mages 128 (at the moment the best gear I am able to get). I'd prefer to play either BLM or SMN as they are the two jobs that I will be buying my new gear for followed by Tanks. These item levels are of course subject to change assuming I can get to Final Coil for mages, as I get gear for tanks and as I run World of Darkness for others (highly unlikely I'll be able to go past 3 classes with poetics alone before the expansion). However if the group would prefer I'd use a different job I can shift my poetics focus to that job. It should be noted that I am a better at playing DPS, followed by Tank (though because of rotational similarity Tank is closer to DPS) followed by Healer.

My leveling order for Heavensward will be SMN/SCH (depending on if levels are assigned to ACN or the specific job; SMN first if not) -> BLM (though I can change these two around) -> DRK (Dark Knight) -> Dragoon -> MCH (Machinist) / BRD -> SCH and then whatever I feel like/what makes sense to level from here. Please note that because of this if the group wants me to play a job other than SMN or BLM I may not have that job leveled in time for Alexander. I can level any job after SMN or BLM but I want those to come first.

If it helps I am able to make any 1 star HQ item (CUL at 42 rapidly getting to 50) and will be looking at keeping crafting and gathering up-to-date as much as possible going forward. Therefore at some point I may be able to help with food/potions going forward if I have the ingredients/crystals. I will be leveling crafting and gathering as I can inbetween battle. My plan is to keep them about even.

I am primarily looking for a group of individuals that have would be willing to discuss topics via a linkshell due to inability to see the groups Free Company chat. I have access to voice on any major PC service as well as PS4 party chat.

Please be aware that I also play a second MMO (DCUO) so I may not be able to play Thursday or Friday. For the most part these days should be interchangeable. Because of this I'd prefer a more weekly or 2-3 days per week progression group. I'd also prefer to know when the group will get together beforehand as I may not always be available in FFXIV.

If anyone has a group in mind please let me know. I have not kept up with raid progression so I would really like to start with Heavensward.
