Here is how it "works".

Whenever ilvl cap is increased, say from ilvl110 to ilvl130, your BiS set will be a mixture of poetics gear, coil gear and crafted gear.
ilevel is irrelevant.

You can easily calculate which pieces are BiS and how to acquire them. It isnt rocket science. I do this for many jobs. Coil gear does not automatically stand for BiS. Most of the coil gear are actually quite crappy.

OP's attitude doesnt really surprise me though. It just shows his lack of knowledge of the game and the general perception of the masses.

I hate when people think ilvl correlates to skill. It just, doesn't make much sense. I get it, more of your main stat, but it just is odd.

Yeah definitely. There's plenty in i130 that can't do what others can in i110.
Skill plays quite a large roll in this game.
