That outfit that the Miqo'te with the bag is wearing? Are we getting something like that or is that foreshadowing of what will be released.

That's just coliseum galerus with dyed scholar AF skirt/beginner miqo'te skirt. Not sure on the boots, they look like acolyte but not sure.

I was more concerned with the skirt rather than the top actualy. It actually looks like a combination of the Miqo'te Loincloth and the Hyur skirt (Look at the thigh bands) as it's missing the thigh socks form the Scholar skirt. The boots look more the like Hyur thighboots than the acolyte boots (The acolyte thighboots only have laces in the front than back as well as the cuffs the shown boots lack).
