Quickest way to level up in PVP?

Hello! I did some searching and couldn't find a recent thread about this topic. If it is a repeat, I sincerely apologize.

I am looking to acquire the Wolfseye Coat which requires level 38 PvP. Does anyone have any tips on how to level PvP the fastest? My GC is Adders.

I have everything to 50, me being a newbie to pvp, what would be the easiest to learn on?

Thank you for all advice and tips! ^_^

Que times is the deciding factor. If you wanted to swap to a different GC for faster ques you could do that. Usually the GC with the least members will get the most matches. I'm assuming Wolves Den is dead on your datacenter, but if you could make a linkshell and get other people interested in running matches daily, that would be the best/fastest way. Other than that, there's really no shortcut, just gotta spam those matches and do your best.

There is really no tip other than play a lot.

If all you want to do is get EXP, figure out what GC gets the quickest queue times and spam the hell out of Frontline maps. Since you are Excalibur, I'm not entirely sure which one that is now... but it may be the Flames still.

I remember hearing that if you lose (2nd/3rd) more than a few matches in a row, there's an accumulated bonus for each loss that stacks up until you get a 1st place, where the game dumps a ton of EXP on you as consolation for having lost so much and the bonus resets. I don't really know how the mechanic works, however, so hopefully someone else can shed some light on exact details.

    Pretty much what they said.
Wolve's Den could be an option, but since the queues are worse than frontlines, you'd have to do win-trades and find 7 other people who'd want to farm it for hours.
Otherwise, it's just spamming frontlines and hoping for a win.

Yeah, sadly your ability to rank up isn't based as much on your particular desire to put in the effort, or hard work in learning to play effectively, so much as it is to be able to wait through the unnecessarily long queues we face because of the travesty that is the GC restriction... with 'restriction' being the operative word here as it heavily restricts us from being able to play the game.

Being in the least dominant GC for your data center would get you the fastest queues; it could also result in more frustrating matches but at least you'd get more of them. I used to get instant queues, or short queues, on Adder but those days are over and I'll be retiring from PVP the day I get my ADS mount because of the queue situation. If you swap to the least dominant GC for your server (I think Flames for Primal) to get better queues to rank up enough to equip the gear you want, one thing to be aware of is you'll have to stay there or else lose the ability to equip it if you change GC, get to rank 38, and then want to go back to Twin Adder at that point... bye-bye high PVP rank.

Not sure if it's ever been mentioned but, it'd be nice if they modified the Daily Bonus for Frontline Roulette to hand out some PVP Exp.
I'm constantly surprised this isn't already the case.

We've been asking. There's a huge topic about PvP roulette rewards being junk.

Complete your weekly pvp challenge logs. LOTS of exp from that over time

3 WD Win = 15% of total xp needed to lvl (based on your current lvl)
7 WD participation = 10% of total needed xp to lvl (based on your current lvl)

3 FL Win = 15% of total needed xp to lvl (based on your current lvl)
7 FL participation = 10% of total needed xp to lvl (based on your current lvl)

Total: 50% current lvl XP per week. So 2 pvp rank per month free just from the challenge logs.
