    PS4 - unable to complete version check

    unable to complete version check.
    [20447][10009][-2143088540]

    After trying for an hour, it let me log in.
    I uninstall and reinstall once.
    Its okay for 1-2 days but the issue return again.
    Please help.

    Better after update last week for 3 days, now still have the same problem.
