was setting up world transfer from zordiac to lich around between 4 and 5 pm ,basically retainers could only take a set limit and so could character so purchased item from hence not to lose gil
i bought shards raptor leather and few oyther items including 83 uraeus Leathers costing 74,700 gil ... logged out of game and accessed internet via tablet and purchased the world transfer,said everything fine paid and told me to log out ..ps3 off tablet logged out of mogstation ...recieved confirmation email of purchase at 17.55 then another at 17.56

so logged into game was setting up retainers when noticed my character didnt have the uraeus leathers as was obviously planning on selling some ,sent an in game support message and minutes later they replied giving me this site which i dont understand why as i doubt writing this will have any effect on the missing items nor the gill refunded but for £12 id expect a bit bet customer care any way ..........
