I too purchased from the store, I was sent an email about Pre Order details, and at the bottom, there was a green button for activation, which I did. At the end of it, it give me the EA code.
The rains have ceased, and we have been graced with another beautiful day. But you are not here to see it..

I bought from the NA store and received the email that tells you how to activate via the Heavensward webpage. After using the code there, I was able to activate it. I think the people receiving this second email are people for whom the first one they got said it was already claimed (or, maybe, they never tried to redeem the code yet but it was in the batch of the ones that showed as claimed already). I haven't received any 2nd email -- I'm assuming this is because the first one allowed me to activate without the "already claimed" issue.

I have an activation code, but it doesn't fit the format to be entered into the Mog Station, it's basically formated as 6 letters-3 numbers-6 letters-3 numbers. Is that the early access code? And if so.. I'm not sure.. oh wait, do I enter that on the Heavensward site?
Edit: It says activation key.
Though I swore I did all this already I can't seem to find the emails, in fact I'm sure I never received any. I just checked everything on the SE store.

Edit: Oops, I got confused because I was looking at the pre-order Heavensward page after already redeeming my code, so all I saw was the 20 digit early access (not pre-order) code ^^

Okay.. I think I must have already done this after I initially did the pre-order, as I already had the bonus code unlocked on the Heavensward pre-order site. Entering that code in now tells me that it's invalid.
So my question is this; Does the Heavenward pre-order show up anywhere on your account in the mogstation? Because I don't see it listed anywhere.

I don't see it in my Mog Station, but it is in my NA store purchase history. I'm going to assume it won't appear in Mog Station until we can enter the bonus codes maybe?Okay.. Hrm, I guess. I don't know when it said to start entering the code. Obviously we won't have to wait until June 23rd because that'd be too late for EA. Augh. I'm tired, need sleep. zzz
This probably wasn't a good idea when tired. z_z
I wish I had taken a screenshot. The page said that we would get an email for when we could enter the code on Mog Station that would let us download the early access client. It said the current scheduled date was May 15th, but was subject to change.
However, the bonus items like the choco minions and Cecil's circlet/earrings won't be delivered until official launch June 23rd.
For the people wondering where you enter your early access codes, you just don't do it yet. At least not NA customers. This is what the second half of my email said:

Go figure.... Mog Station just decided to undergo maintenance...
Edit: Uh.. nevermind. That was wierd... but apparently it's not in maintenance even though I had gotten the maintenance screen when I went to the code entry link... but I logged in again and it seems to be working normally now.
