FC interface needs an overhaul!

This pertains to both Free Companies and the user interface but since the FC forum is always full of recruitment threads I figured I would put this here.

Basically, I feel the Free Company interface is severely lacking in overall usability. The interface does offer some good information for people to look at but seeing as it's a Free Company - the primary gathering place for people to join together and play through content - there is little to no interaction.

I really feel like adding things like a calendar board for event scheduling, multiple announcement fields to relay more information and even a bulletin board where people could post things they want to get done would add so much value to a Free company and its members.


It's commonplace at this point to just create a website for these purposes, but I for one have found it is very difficult to get people on a website much less interacting and being involved in the process. Adding these elements in-game would allow the members of a FC to come together and have even more fun together on top of focusing on current content.

I thought this would be a thread about how lower ranked people with promote/demote/kick privileges can promote/demote/kick ANYBODY other than the FC leader.

In case you didn't know, yes it's true you can do that

Say.. I'm a rank 6 Officer with promote privilege, I can promote myself to rank 2, obtain the kick privilege and kick every single person out of the FC. except the FC leader of course.. Yep.

I posted this on the Bugs section a while back and apparently it's by design


But yes, generally the UI in this game could use some serious overhaul, aesthetics, usability, and sometimes, simple logic.
