    This is why i now keep all the info up to date i remember last year i had a issue where i had to reset my password. I could not because it was not sending the email. Talk to them on the phone the person told me hey Live in your email the L is caps which save my account. If not i would pretty much be where you are right now.

    I Hope you can find a way to get your account back you done a lot of work on it and it would suck losing it. I remember in FFXI days all i needed was my CC info and they reset my password without issue

    This thread is old by now, but it's nice that an issue was resolved.

    However; Why on earth can't they provide the security question in these cases, for us to answer with the security answer? Who can answer a question they forgot? I don't even remember what my question and/or answer were, and if they didn't provide the question, there is no way I could answer at this point. This should honestly be changed.

    For anyone having issues like this there is always the old SE account page(not mogstation) as well.. it lists the emails tied to the account and you can easily change them.
