    As I noted, the first person I talked to was pseudo-helpful and at least told me the last half of my email (more confirmed my suspicion than told me). The second person abruptly ended the chat without warning.
    I'm going to have to make 32 friggen form tickets and one of the Live Chat persons will have to just check them all, as the second unhelpful person told me to do.

    If that doesn't work out, I won't be able log into mogstation to cancel my automatic renewal for this character and I doubt I can tell them to cease action.

    No it is the same. This account doesn't let me the option to seek out the email–I've tried lol. I just have never logged out since logging in the first time last year july lol.

    If you use Firefox or Chrome, the browser can save your passwords if you want it to. Go check your browser's advanced security settings for the saved passwords and look through the list until you find the one for this forum. You should see the email you used when you signed up! Mine has it. I.m not talking about the forum settings , the BROWSER settings.

    If you really talk to a chat agent they ask you for your name and date of birth most of the time and with that they verify is you and you can change any information and get your account to log in. Did it once because like you the email was lost and din't remember the security question. They were very patient and I explained to them without any temper whatsoever

    I love the official forums, they tell you to use the search for thread about what you wanted to talk but when you use it they judge for necro a thread.

    That's what the first person did for me, mostly. Until I wasn't able to give the correct Security Question and Answer combination. I only use one of 4 answers for my security answer so, I'll just make those 32 tickets like the second person said. One of them will be right.

    I was extremely calm mannered until the second chat agent ended. After which I grew angered.

    Have you actually got your serial code still? From what I've heard having that combined with name/address trumps pretty much everything else in respect to getting back into your account.

    Why not try a different route? If you can provide credit card data and explain that your old email address effectively no longer exists, perhaps they can help you link a new email address.

    I'm going to attempt and contact them again. I gave them correct everything, but the security question/answer. I've 2 months to fix this so I'm not in /that/ much of a rush.

    Nope, no help. They were only able to get my credit card removed from this account. After everything I gave them, they need the damned security question/answer. The the shit else would know that much info about me. Oh well. Was fun while it lasted >.>

    You would think that if I gave them the damned Credit Card information, things would be okay. Nope.

    Was able to tell them that my Steam is linked through the mogstation and that I have 2 fantasia purchases through them; my CC information; correct name, DoB, and address... still need the security question and answer. That's some bullshit lol. Only irritated that over a year on this character is now removed.
