S.E needs to do this. Ultima Online had this and it worked wonderfully. If someone leaves the game for 2-3 months unsubbed, just take everything and give it back to the owner, and demilish the house and put the plot up for sale. If people cry, so be it. Either they stay subbed, or lose their house. If I stop paying my taxes on my house here in America, I will eventually lose my house, end of story. It should work the same in the game. You quit paying, you lose end of story. There is a house and free company name I want on my server (siren). The Free Company is called The Returners. It has 9 members. One of the raiders made a blog post, LAST YEAR that they quit the game totally. The leader has not been seen by anyone that I know at all. Hmm? The 'Master' of this FC was at least last seen in January per their achievements tab.
