Character Limit with Heavenswald

I have 8 Characters, If i buy Heavenswald, will i get,say 2 new extra char slots or will i have to delete chars? If i have to delete chars then sadly i will miss out on Heavenswald, as i dont want to start over in a new world.

No Heavensward won't add more total characters to your accounts as it's an expansion for your existing character(s). Basically adding a lot more content.

You have to actually finish the main story up until 2.55 to even be able to access the Heavensward content so any new character you create would have to go all the way through all that original content just to get to the expansion stuff (but most people only have 1 main character as you can change jobs as often as you want so there aren't many reasons to have more than 1 character).

I think OP may be 1 class per character type of player.. If that's the case, well too bad, you won't be able to have 10 characters on the same server..

Oh! Wow that must be pretty grindy for levelling cross class skills! (and having to get the same gear for multiple characters since can't share it?)
