    I am kinda curious why they chose Balmung, I just exped my THM alt class to 15 in W Thanalan on Ragnarok and I haven't met any.

    Because Balmung is harder to get into, so they need to replenish their ranks every maintenance due to being banned and not being able to make new alts constantly like other servers.
