    Automated systems can always be programmed around. The ONLY solution is active moderation that leads to immediate account termination by offending spammers. If RMT sites are shelling out $20-$30 for accounts that get banned after a single wave of spam, they will be forced to advertise their illicit services in a manner that is less obnoxious to the general player basis. That is how literally every mmo that DOESN'T have RMT spammers handle it.

    You want to be a pay to play mmo? Use the $15 a month to hire janitors to clean up the mess as it is being made. Automated moderation services are for free to play games that don't have fixed monthly revenue.

    Se should only make 4 or 5 character go undercover in every city and ban everyone that send a rmt tell to them.
