You would think people had never seen wipes in WoD before. In fact I can't even remember the last time I ran WoD (aside from the few that never wipe) without insults being hurled at alliance members. It's always "Omw wtf y u guys so stupid?" instead of just realizing that when you throw 24 people together sometimes they won't have the best of teamwork.
In fact, I had a particularly filling meal of salt a couple days ago. Our run went well until Cerberus when I accidentally wiped the raid because I didn't realize his chains could time out before you applied them to the collar (thought I'd be smart and prolong the time he couldn't attack). I apologized and explained what happened in /a, but ended up having 4 guys rail on me about how bad I was. On our next attempt one of the WARs decided he'd do more damage DPSing with Defiance up, so after pulling aggro on me 3 times I just let him tank it. For some reason he decided to let aggro go again after about 30 seconds and Cerberus ran around killing healers and DPS - which I naturally got blamed for ("WTF BILLYGOAT", "This guys so awful", "God, this tank"). I subsequently got blamed for all 3 wipes on Cloud of Darkness being called everything from "terrible" to a "stupid [derogatory term for black man]." How can a tank wipe that raid? No clue but apparently I did. I may have egged them on a little after a certain point - after all, when they're that mad and insulting how could I resist? - but it was so satisfying when my tank chest dropped at the end and I got to smear it in all their faces with alliance chat.
*Edit* I see a lot of the replies here mistakenly using "Troll" and "Salty" as synonymous so I would like to clarify the difference.
Troll - Someone who acts out to get a (usually negative) response from other people because they find it amusing.
Salty - Someone who is angry, annoyed or bitter and who lashes out and makes aggressive or passive-aggressive comments to others to quell their frustration.
