I don't know if it's the music or what but this fight is just invigorating. Mechanically it's simpler than t9 but I think it feels more epic, especially with the music changing, and the adds phase can be hectic and their names hit you in the feels once you know the full story. Sure the learning curve in the last phase ain't bad at all, but I think SE did an incredible job with the last phase for one reason and one reason only: it feels like a classic Bahamut battle.

In older games he stood there charging his abilities. In here, he's getting stronger with each ahk morn and you're throwing everything you've got and even though the mechanics aren't insane, you're likely to screw up if only because YOU FEEL THE PRESSURE PUT ON YOU, by the music, by the DPS check, by the fricking insanely big tornadoes, everything. Just so cool.
