The final part of ARR story doesn't make enough sense.

well pointed out there. And you are still welcomed in those two cities since i've talked to most people in those cities to check things out already after playing through the story line. one second I'm still re watching the cutscenes for shiggles...

and of course it skips the whole cut scene between you cid alphinaud and pippin.... i could have sworn they were deciding where to go in that part and why...

ahhh yes the words that bring some thought back to me they're there for asylum and for the secrecy of going to ishgard. Going to Grid or Limsa would be like lighting a beacon for them. To me it makes sense to go where no one will expect it. Uldah is expecting grid and limsa to open their arms to the Champion (which they still have) but for safety of everyone it is better that they go to the place they would be least expected to run to thus it would be ishgard.

not to mention all the crap that's going on in Ishgard where they would be most grateful of your assistance. (yaay for killing two birds with one stone)

And just thought of something else... the crystal braves aren't in Coerthas nor are they in Ishgard were as they are all over limsa and Grid still. Plus with Isghard's thing against people from other countries coming it's a perfect place to hide since anyone inquiring will have the door shut on their ass on the way out. well before they can even get in for that matter.
