Not that I encourage picking on new players and not teaching them (I love teaching), but when the content came out everyone was on the same page. Now, there is a mix of people who understand the fight and have done it X times, and new players. Those new players do have the option to look up what they're queueing for beforehand, whereas we originally didn't. This is the difference and why some people are frustrated with teaching something they learned a long time ago just to get through it again.

Exactly, its an option. Meaning not everyone is going to do it for what ever reason, nor should they be expected to.

Because the new person has no contribution to the team? Maybe that person is better than you at video games. Maybe you mess up get knocked off and have no contribution and the rest of the team carries you and clears the instance while you lie dead and do nothing.

You think someone who watched videos till their eyes bled, won't get knocked off? There is no amount of video watching, guide reading, preaching, teaching, that will ever prevent that from happening. Like what was mentioned, one little hiccup in connection, you're dead. But people will immediately blame the player cause they didn't watch a video. Because we all know internet connections in this world are perfect everywhere. But hey atleast I watched a video, will you let me play now?
