I'd just like to say, I have awful connection to this game (without WTFast at least), and if I'm lagging and dying constantly as a result, I would not blame people for wanting me gone even if they recognize, empathize with me, and understand that it's not my fault.

If a group is struggling due to some players lagging, it doesn't matter if you're lagging or that it's not your fault. You're still impeding their ability to complete the duty. That is the end result, and the obvious fix to benefit the group as a whole is to remove the players causing that result.

I agree with Purrfect. I know it sucks to lag, I experience it often, but it's just plain selfish to expect everyone else to keep you around if you're essentially being useless, even if it isn't your fault. If you find a group willing to do that, great, but expecting people to is unreasonable.

Thanks. You understand what I'm trying to say perfectly. I have nights where I lag terribly. If that happens, I just stick to easier content. It's not just because I care about the experience of a potential group, I don't enjoy being useless in a fight. I have more fun when I can contribute.
