Not everything is down to connection as has already been explained. I am on a JP server and get zero lag, and my connection isn't particularly great. If the servers were that bad everyone would get lag, but that's not the case.

im in singapore. but i am aware not everything is down to connection as not everyone has issues with this. But i was simply putting that claiming it was "just an excuse" is ridiculous as there are some pplz that this is the legit case. And I know its partly due to my location which cannot be helped since I had moved from america to here right before the game came out of closed beta.
