It's clear what you mean, but penalizing a player differently by role/job is more unfair.

You are putting more pressure on those roles, its not Healers'/Tanks' fault that there are more account for DPSs over them.

Being a Tank or a Healer is stressing as is, and usually healers/tanks don't quit unless its pointless or DPS insist to continue while they are themselves the problem.

As a Tank, I had poor DPSing in Levianthan Extreme.. after trying for 35 to clear, I voted abondon.. I was called an Elitist and motion rejected.

I appologized as I said "30 minutes of patience and learning is fair to call it a quit, I'd prefer to relax 30 min than to waste it pointlessly with Poor DPS values and a poor WHM... you don't need to clear it as soon as you unlocked it.. Good luck all and thanks for the superb solo healing SCH"

Switching classes is Free, try tanking and healing instead of DPSing.. enjoy the fast ques & stress associated.

It's not just tanks and healers, it's also DPS. Everyone no matter what the class will leave without thinking. They do the roulettes and are like "fuck this duty" when the Chrysalis or the Steps of Faith pop. I for one and extremely tired of it.

Maybe you should consider treating your tanks and healers better instead. So they even consider queueing.

ALL roles need to respect eachother a lot more then they do at present, I have witnessed every single role be extremely immature/cruel countless times towards their pt members...equally.

In all fairness however, the penalty should not be any longer for healers or tanks, thats simply unfair.

lulz 15 sec healer ques are gone broo....anything 8 man plus / we wait 6-10 mins , not as bad as dps but dont think healers have it easy ...we use too , till SCH became bad ass and people realized they can just heal without all the pressure as a WHM while farming stuff :P .....que as a Tank on JP servers its like a 10 sec wait time max....like I think i've waited longest is 1 min as a tank
