Timers do not consistently work on action bar

Sorry if I missed this but is this already a known defect? A lot of work has been done to upgrade and make the action bar better (thank you) but it still has problems working (especially after longer periods of time logged inot the game). Specifically it does not display when a ability is ready to be used again. I know others have experienced the same thing. Re-logging fixes it and maybe the message you are sending is "don't play that long without logging ) I won't thave time to post all my computer specs but was just wondering if this was something that was being fixed or not.

You mean your Skills on your Skillbar are "rdy" again, but when you click to use it the log says for another 3-5 secs "not yet rdy" ?
