So, I can be an entrant and just post my submission even not living in EU, NA or JP, but I can't be a contestant?

I want to know because I don't live in any of these (I have some family at US) but I really want to take part in this event.

Does the footage need to all be from a single cutscene, or can you remix cutscene footage together? This is two questions - for the serious (still sticking to the script to create a "trailer" of sorts), and the comedic (ignoring the scripts to create a scene that never existed in the game (but still using all in-game cutscene footage)).

I think that's supposed to say the legal age of maturity. How many people are of a certain age has no bearing on the matter.

I would love to enter on both categories, but it seems like I cant simple because I am not from NA.

Any chance that this will be available for EU regions too?

I am curious to know this as well! I really hope it will be as I was quite sad to be locked out from the Valentione's art contest due to living in the EU /snip/, so hopefully that style of handling contests will not be the new norm.

If I enter the Serious (or even the comedy category) can the UI be hidden so text doesn't display, or does it have to be shown to prove the script followed the cutscenes verbatim?

Hello everyone, I apologize if this question that I am about to ask have been asked already. What I am wondering is, what are decent programs, free of charge, that we can use to enable beginners or non beginners to enter the contest. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance :3
