Like unchain an add in phase2 otherwise leave defiance off. (Which add depends on your setup). Use thrill and vengeance on another and HG on the remainding add.

Dont you forget about aggro? On phase 2 my FC's BLM crits often on beginning on add, so I must build snap aggro with Def + Zerk or Unchained. Yes, I can Defiance off after build aggro.
And HG dont hold add, without aggro add breaks HG and goes to healer.
