Might transfer here - seeking static for 3.0 + other things

Hello, I'm an i130 WHM, have t10-12 on farm. I've been working on T13 with my current static but things aren't working out as planned. Progression is slow, and the skill level of a couple members is holding the group as a whole back. I'd like to find something more serious, and raid with people who are on time, study fights, and play to the best of their ability. In 3.0 I plan to master Astrologian, double main that job and WHM, and play whichever fits the group and content best. I can raid any night of the week, any time from 7pm EST - 4am EST. Ideally I would like to raid 3-4 nights a week.

I'd be OK with working with any group currently in FCoB with serious people. I'm not hard pressed for a T13 clear, just good people to raid with who want to push content in 3.0

Some other things about me, I have all crafters 3 starred, will 4 star+ on expansion, and specialize in CUL, ALC, & GSM given the option. Lucis equipped FSH and working torward Lucis on BTN as well. I'm a PS4 player and can use any VOIP.

I don't know much about Balmung, but I know it's busier than my current server. I'd be leaving behind some friends, and was wondering if there is a LGBT affiliated community on the server? That is one thing sorely lacking on Ultros. One final thing, I don't plan to transfer for at least 3-4 weeks.

are you looking to transfer to diabolos? We are a server first group turns 10-13 and have all great players but are in need of a healer.... We run 8-11 est tuesdays-thursdays right now but come expansion we would run 7-11 or 12 est.
