Cant' take Screenshots

I dont knowwhat's going on, but i simply cant take any screenshots...
I play on a PC, windows 8, and everytiem i press the key to get it, a red message appears on the screen and on chat:"Screenhot Failed."
The path to the folder is:
C:\Users\Usuario\Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn\screenshots
Can anyone help me?

Try backup that photo files if you have preview screenshots file. Delete that folder and add it back.

I had the same issue when I first got my replacement comp with Windows 8. I eventually figured out that the file path I had on my old Windows 7 computer wasn't the same as the one on my Windows 8 replacement, but the game was still trying to use the old file path; as soon as I updated the file path in-game, it worked fine again. Maybe you need to do the same?
