I think you didn't finish reading the part about the loot restrictions / lockouts. I personally like being able to reenter like final coil. I have been in 2 raid groups since t5, 1 more hardcore endgame oriented and the other a group of casual players with goals to clear for story progression. The 2nd group obviously progressing alot slower of course (t11). This in no way should affect statics, as you need a consistent group of players to have that teamwork, knowing each others limits and capabilities
