"Eye for an Eye" in Alliance

Hi,

I was running WoD yesterday when a healer in another party left at the very beginning of the last boss, Cloud of Darkness. Their tank was being MT, and we got told about that in the alliance channel. As he didn't seem to want to switch with another tank, and as I know it's pretty tough to hold a MT alive here, I immediatly focused him, leaving my -ô so great - co-healer handle our team most of the time.
After casting regen on the MT, out of habit I tried to cast "Eye for an Eye", and what an unpleasant surprise to realize than it was absolutely not possible.

In 4 or 8 players content, I would never mind, but in raids, when 3 teams are running together, we often aren't dealing our own damages but also other's (Do raises, help cure some other partys, recast stoneskin, whatever helps really...) It would be a great thing if


- We could cast "Eye for an Eye" on other players from the alliance.
- We could recast a shield on them.

I suspect there's plenty more of those nonsense restrictions in other jobs too. Such as GoaD from Ninjas. And certainly more that I can think of.
