Steps:
On 4/11 I checked my inventory of fire crystals and had several thousand. Since that time I have crafted @250 Cobalt ingots and a couple of sets of gear for leveling classes. At approximately 1am CST on 4/12 I prepared to craft items that would require crystals. I could not craft them as all my fire crystals were now missing.

I have tried the following:
- Transferred a single fire crystal from our FC chest to be able to SEARCH my inventory and the inventory of my retainers.
- Closing the game down and relogging.
- Checking all retainer storage manually.
- Checking the records of all items sold on the retainers.
- Checked all of the above on my other account.
- Writing to customer service to request that they assist me promptly in this matter.

There is over 24 game hours of work to collect the number of crystals that are now missing. I would appreciate if I could get a response from customer service in this matter.
