Vote to Kick

A person who was voted to kick should not be able to re-join said group.

If anything a possible wait timer for them to re-join would be greatly appreciated as people in the alliance I was in, and myself was faced with countless griefing from one player.

He was a healer and rejoining was easy. I ask that you put a timer because this gives an open window for someone else to join.

That or create a way where X person cannot re-join,

I feel the pain, I had a healer that refused to heal the Tank (me) unless the HP drops to around 20-25%. Not mentioning didn't cast protect on DPSs.

I asked politly to heal and protect the others, she didn't reply. Auto /idle pose on her character most of time.

I voted her out, she returned immidatly and started the "O, RLY!?" thing. I asked again and she refused to heal and protect. I appologized to the DPSs, and left duty.

PS: I highly think she returned in-progress due that she needed it for a relic book.
