<Phantom Star> [PHAST] recruiting two DPS for Final Coil and beyond!

Greetings everyone!

Who are we? Phantom Star is an social/endgame-progression free company on Cactuar formed and active since August 24, 2013. We're a knowledgeable and friendly group and while we take our endgame seriously, we covet our laid back and mature atmosphere.

Currently, we are seeking to fill two remaining spots in our second raid group in Final Coil and are looking to continue raiding together into Heavensward for Alexander. We are seeking 2 melee DPS (MNK/DRG/NIN) or 1 ranged (exceptional SMN preferred) and 1 melee DPS.

What do we expect from you?

- As a raider, we ask that you be committed to 2-3 nights per week. Normal start time for RG2 is 8:30 PM CST while days vary to accommodate people's schedules.

- You must have killed Turn 9. No experience in Final Coil is required, although having knowledge/experience of Turn 10 is welcome. You are expected to know the job you are playing as, and are able to push substantial DPS required to beat enrages.

- Lastly, you must be willing to join the Free Company and have mumble installed. No exceptions.

WHAT WE WANT:
- Community Member: Active FC member, not just online for scheduled raids and then MIA. This is a family-style FC and each member is as committed to each other as a whole as we are to our individual raiding experiences. We are not interested in recruits who do not understand the value of having an active FC community supporting their raiding experience.
- Stable Personality: Ability to maturely receive and offer constructive criticism.
- Team Player: Committed to self-preparing for new encounters, quick to learn while engaged, willing to offer insight to other players to in order to advance and displays understanding of other’s reasonable learning styles/timeline during initial progression stages of the battle.
