    Account Issues

    Couldn't find anything directly related accounts so hopefully it's ok to post here. My wife and I played at release and took a break a few months later. We are just now getting back into it. I've been playing a few weeks now and had no problems logging in and resubbing. Now when my wife tried tonight it says her account "has already been cancelled" please contact customer support for further details. I still see her in my FC and my friends list but she can't log in at all. And of course SE's support hours are worse then a bank, so hopefully someone might have some info here. There is nothing missing from my FC bank, not even Gil, so I would guess if it was a hacked account they wouldn't at least drained our bank before her account got banned? It's just odd that it says cancelled. Well thanks for any help!

    I don't know where she's getting that error, but it suggests should just be able to log into the Mog Station and reactivate the account.
