I don't think it's really a big deal. Either you completed it before Nanamo's death and accept that all 2.0 content happened before 2.5.5's events, or they'll change it in 3.0.

My money's on the former, since reworking the storyline in 2.x just to account for that one (relatively) insignificant quest is not worth the hassle.
