Was the "Demon Armor of Fending" removed from the WoD loot table in patch 2.55?

Since the implementation of patch 2.55 I've completed World of Darkness 73 times. In that time the "Demon Armor of Fending" has never dropped. I understand that it is one of 11 items that can drop off the Cloud of Darkness, and that the drop rates for each of those items is probably not equal, but I rarely see a WoD tank who doesn't have this tunic already, and so I'm finding it difficult to believe its drop chance is as tiny as my (poor) luck would suggest.

It's gotten to the point where I'm wondering if it was accidentally removed from the drop table in the latest patch. Has anyone seen it drop since the release of the patch 2.55? And not a "I think I remember seeing it", but more of a "yes, I definitely got one in the last few days" type of a response would be lovely to hear.

Here's a probabilistic explanation.

Each item probably has a 1/11 chance to drop, which means that, if one person tried 73 times, there is about a 0.095% chance that they would not see one particular item drop, based on a binomial distribution. ~binom(73, 1/11)

This seems extremely small, but one must also take into account all the people running this content.

If 500 people defeated the Cloud of Darkness 73 times, and each of them has this extremely small chance to have never seen this same particular item drop, then there is about a 37.867% chance of at least one of these people not having seen it drop, again based on a binomial distribution. ~binom(500, 0.00095...)

If there were 1,000 people, there would be about a 61.395% chance that at least one of them would not have seen it drop after 73 tries, and if there were 3,000 people, there would be about a 94.247% chance that at least one of them would not have seen it drop after 73 tries. ~binom(1,000, 0.00095...) ~binom(3,000, 0.00095...)

Probability is not kind. It is quite possible for there to be someone who has not seen it drop, even after 73 tries.

(For those math people wondering, a "success" in the distributions after the first one would be "not seeing the particular item drop.")

(Also, I would appreciate it if any math people would check to see if I made any errors.)

Edit: To further clarify, the distributions after the first assume that no two people in each group of 500, 1,000, or 3,000 people were eligible for the same drop.

Yes they removed it from the loot table completely due to it being extremely op.

Ran WoD like a dozen times every week since it launched to try and get that, diligently tanking for the usual band of goobers that every DF raid consists of, and I only got it on the week before they removed the loot lockout.

In fairness, it looks incredibly sweet.
