    I just hope the primal token system isn't like how ifrit and mog wer like in 1.0 random drop and only one person gets it can't remember if in Garuda every one got one.

    Nah, Yoshida said yesterday that everyone in the group would get one and you would probably need something like 10 to exchange for the item you want.
