Behest mobs level are so weird. I was in a 2-person Behest the other day. I was 37 and the person was 34. We were at Cedarwood which is recommended for rank 35, according to the Battlewarden. BUt the mobs popped as level 30. This must be broken somewhere, it shouldn't be happening this way.
