Wait period for housing?

Was just wondering, we currently have the funds to upgrade from a small house to a mansion if one vacates and sells the plot is there some sort of 24 or 48 hr wait period until you can purchase another plot? Very curious about this

There is no wait period, but the price will go back to original price, not the depreciated one.. So make sure you have enough funds to buy the plot at FULL price.

Remember too, you don't sell the plot, you lose it and it goes back to SE. Also, you cannot have two plots. You will have to give up your small before being able to purchase the large.
