And because of the complete lack of accountability, I've been given information by several agents at this point that contradicts one another and is outright false. One agent told me something completely different one week than he did the week prior.

I can't speak to a supervisor or senior agent. I can't leave poor feedback for the agent, because there is no system of applying feedback. There is zero repercussions for their work conduct.

I informed the latest agent I spoke to that I would not be renewing my FFXIV subscription when the remaining days end, and that I was cancelling my Heavensward pre-order on Amazon, the latter of which I have since done. The agent could not care less.

There is no reason for him to want to keep me as a customer. As such there is no reason for me to remain one.
