NPC Chat Bubble Text Size

For certain displays and/or resolutions, some of the text is pretty small and is also, quite unfortunately for the near-sighted like myself, unadjustable. The most problematic text is the chat bubble that appears when speaking to NPCs. This is also one of the most important ones for those of us who like to read all of the quests and flavor dialogue.

The only thing we can currently do to the chat bubble is move it around, but we can't change the text size or the size of the bubble itself. Being able to change just the text size would be enough, but I imagine they're likely linked together.

Suggestion: Is there any way we can have the option to change NPC's chat bubble text size implemented, please? I'm sure I'm not the only one out there that's a little frustrated at the fact that we can adjust the size of almost all of the other UI elements except for this one.
