Oddly enough, my wife and I were talking about this very thing just the other day, it's odd that there is no dyeable bikini. Perhaps they are worried that a pastel pink one would look too much like there's nothing there at all?

If they worried about this, then you wouldn't be able to dye clothes to match skin tone at all. My static's scholar is a male Miqo'te with his pants dyed to almost exactly match his chocolate-brown skin and his top glamoured with the Emperor's New Robe. He basically looks like he's running around with a pair of boots, a flowered hat, and no shame.
