How can you prove that it's not a legitimate disconnect? If they aren't flat out telling you that they're going to force d/c, there's no way they could enforce a rule like that.Agreed; it seems like it should be against the ToS to just d/c and not use the leave option. That's what it's there for. Had a party member type \dc in party chat once after first trash mob in ST, then nothing happened, and then a couple of seconds later they disconnected. People that do that sort of thing should have their account suspended, especially if there's repeated instances of intentional d/c's.
