I can't agree with this one.

If you're in a 4-man dungeon, it's not a big deal. The fights aren't hard or long enough for it to really be an issue. And a simple explanation is really all that is needed.

But when you're doing an EX primal or Coil and someone hasn't seen a video and refuses to listen to advice, that's when it becomes a problem. Courtesy is a two way street, and if one person is holding the group back and refusing to learn because they couldn't be bothered to spend 10 minutes watching a video, then they should really expect to have other people annoyed with them.

And I'm not just talking about DF queues for these runs either, I have had people join farm parties and do this as well.
