    Garuda Hard is now a story fight, as Ifrit and Titan hard.
    They are needed to unlock the first 2.5 main story quest:
    Good Intentions Disciple of War or Magic level 50
    The Rising Stones (X:6 Y:5)
    NPC: Minfilia
    Players must first complete the main scenario quest "Let Us Cling Together," and have completed The Bowl of Embers (Hard), The Navel (Hard), and The Howling Eye (Hard).
