    Don't change that Garuda hard is not a story fight, but optional content.
    You don't need Garuda hard, Coil or a relic to progress in the story.

    You actually can faceroll garuda EX with one tank and one healer. Just need the dps to kill her before the first spiny plume is needed, which isn't difficult if your group knows what they're doing.
