As a reminder (and this coming from the links), their naming conventions are not necessarily restricted to each clan.
It's not uncommon to see a Hellsguard with an "old language" name, just as it's not uncommon to see a Sea Wolf with a "translated" name.
as a side note, starting stats would imply that seawolves are more inclined to physical combat with a slight nod to healing magics, where as hellsguard are more inclined to magic in general, mostly towards healing.
